A Sisu Nordic Sauna host will help you settle in and maintain the wood burning stove while guiding you.
Sit, relax and we’ll take care of the rest.
Choose your seat.
You are booking a seat on the bench sharing the sauna space with up to 6-8 other people in a public space.
Accessibility: The sauna is on a flat surface with one step and requires maintaining balance. If you have limited mobility or concerns of physical safety, please contact us right away.
Preparation: Arrive 5 minutes early to check in with the sauna host who will be ready to greet you.
To feel at your best, hydrate with water before, during and after each cycle. Please bring your water bottle.
Sauna Attire: Although traditional sauna is taken in the nude, we still live in the Midwest, arrive wearing your swimsuit and slip-on shoes. Optional, but recommended is a robe.
