  • Hot

Your body will tell you when it’s time to cycle to the cooldown which could be anywhere from 5-20 minutes in the sauna.

  • Cold

Our body needs anywhere from 5-15 minutes to cooldown.

Enjoy the fresh air, snow, river, lake or cold plunge tub.

  • Rest & Repeat

    Relax. Rehydrate.

Rehydrate your body before, during and after each sauna round as significant sweating will occur while using the sauna.
